Technology today is developing rapidly before our eyes in the sense that Information Systems are constantly evolving and changing therefore improvements within an organisation is always at stake. Decision making for (MIS) is vital for any organisation today therefore it is essential that all levels of a management team have a clear understanding of the (MIS). Nayak, et al. (2012) An MIS collects useful data and provides it to all levels of staff which allows decision making, efficient planning, implementation and control therefore without the five major components of an information system, these elements of an (MIS) would simply not function. Organisations must constantly create new strategies to improve the people within the organisation, databases, software and hardware, processing systems and to implement new innovative strategies to avoid resistance to change. Achieving organisational change for a successful (MIS) must be tailored in the correct manner by managers to gain effective improvements and implementation. Bocij et al. (2015) argues that an essential part of managing change to an Information System is to educate the appropriate staff acquired and to communicate the overall purpose. They also acknowledge that by explaining the purpose of implementation of the system and to justify how staff will be affected, it will reduce the chance of resistance to change. As the revelation of new tech innovations keep evolving, it is with no doubt organisations should implement new ways to continuously target their KPIs by providing the best products, services and paying systems through there is databases. Nevertheless, frequently enough organisations must improve their systems from old to new as old software often enough create bugs and errors. Data migration is significantly how an organisation can improve their data systems. This is the process where data from an old system is transferred to a new system by import and exportation. Bocij et al. (2015) Bocij et al. (2015) point out that as new approaches to Information Systems evolve, it is a vital aspect of implementation that IS are tested so errors or glitches are identified and can be improved before the system goes live. As digitalization is a key aspect of how organisations run today, it is important that (LAN) network systems and ISPs of high speed quality are frequently improved and re-installed. This will improve overall timing, control and internal communication of MIS. In today's networking world, key improvements and necessities are vital as organisations must consider new ways of how to implement more reliable ISPs for the organisation's overall networking. Collins (2016) distinguishes the various requirements that businesses need from their ISPs. He points out that poor internet connectivity could result in business profit loss or decreased productivity. Therefore, businesses must improve their decision making before choosing an ISP. Nevertheless, sufficient bandwidth, cable networking (DSL), Fiber with sufficient megabytes, routing and high-end security are all elements that will improve a business and the MIS.
