The boom in automation and technology has brought us to a unique turning point. In the future, those who will prosper will be those who have known how to adapt to the new environment. Will there be enough employment in the future to relocate and recycle people who will be displaced by automation? Would it be possible to establish a system of wealth distribution that replaces the work? The digitization and robotization of millions of jobs emerge as an inevitable trend. And this process has already claimed multiple "victims", that is, those institutions, systems and organisms that are not capable of adapting to the guidelines of the new scenario. And among these "victims" we can consider the loss of many businesses and jobs that have ceased to be useful or necessary, Information Age, 2018. Companies are increasingly larger (in terms of market capitalization), more global and powerful, however, they are increasingly smaller in terms of the number of people they employ due to the increase in efficiency. Implementing ways to guarantee the effectiveness and timeliness of data automation is critical” Information Age, 2018
The IT department in the companies needs to look for ways to keep abreast of the latest trends and options available in automated data analysis systems in order to have a great impact on market intelligence activities, Information Age, 2018.

Many recognize the need to integrate these tools or, at least, to organize the access of a single point to all relevant systems. Often, it is enough to share views or move the necessary data between the systems, instead of implementing integrations of real systems or databases, where the return on investment can be limited. Information management systems must always support the exchange of views or the movement of data in other systems, regardless of the level of integration selected” Information Age, 2018.
